Juvenile Welfare Committee "Juvenile Welfare Committee" means in respect of the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Labuan and the other States, a committee appointed by the Minister, to engage in welfare relating to persons coming within the purview of this Act and to assist the probation officer in any district or area;
